Evening Pack - meat-free

A. Freeze-dried main meal: LENTIL DAL (x1)
Lentil stew with millet and tomato-coconut sauce. Ready in 10 minutes. Camouflage-colored packaging, compatible with flameless heaters.

Ingredients of ready-to-use product: millet* 36 %, tomatoes* 16 %, red lentils* 15 %, coconut milk*, onion*, green lentils* 4 %, olive oil*, salt, spices*, cumin*, curcuma*, ginger*. *organic farming product.
Nutritional information per 100 g: energy: 1757/418 kJ/kcal, fat: 12 g, of which saturates: 6,1 g, carbohydrate: 53 g, of which sugars: 4,6 g, fibre: 12 g, protein: 19 g, salt: 1,7 g.
Preparation: 1. Tear off at the notch above the zipper. 2. Remove the oxygen absorber. 3. Add 273 ml of water.  4. Stir thoroughly. 5. Close and follow the instructions on the heater. Can be prepared without the use of a heater by adding 273 ml of hot, boiled water - fill line No. 4 (see inside). Stir thoroughly, close and wait 9 minutes. Open the zipper, stir again.

B. Freeze-dried dessert: APPLE CRUMBLE (x1)
Cinnamon roasted apples with crunchy crumble. Ready in 3 minutes. Enlarged portion. Camouflage-colored packaging, compatible with flameless heaters.

Ingredients of ready-to-use product: wheat flour 39 %, butter 29 %, sugar, apple 13 %, cinnamon.

C. Freeze-dried snack: CHEDDAR CHEESE (x1)
Crunchy cubes of aged cheddar cheese with no added salt. A snack that also works well as an additional ingredient to boost the calorie content and flavor of the main meal. Camouflage-colored packaging.

Ingredients: cheddar cheese 100 %.

D. Freeze-dried MANGO LASSI  (x1)
Mango & yoghurt smoothie powder with an included practical cup. Just add cold water and stir.

Ingredients of ready-to-use product: greek yoghurt 59 %, mango puree 30 %, sugar 10,7 %, cardamom 0,3 %.

E. CHEWING GUM (x1)
High-quality spearmint-flavored chewing gum, sugar-free and 100% sweetened with xylitol. The gum helps reduce plaque and acid-forming bacteria, supports enamel remineralization, and helps maintain a natural pH level in the mouth. Product by Miradent.
