When summer comes, sweet and juicy raspberries regularly feature in our breakfasts, salads and baked goods. To preserve their unique taste and aroma for longer, we developed LYO Organic Raspberry Powder. Made from freeze-dried organic raspberries, the powder will bring to mind sun-drenched fields and forests. Just one teaspoon of our raspberry powder added to a cocktail, cake, or morning oatmeal is enough to spark your creativity and inspire you to cook something delicious!


We have used 335 g of fresh, organic raspberries to make this 50 g of powder. As a result it is extremely rich in vitamins and nutrients with a natural, strong flavour and colour.


Shelf life: up to: 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store tightly closed to keep out moisture.
